Retained by a private equity group that was acquiring QSR concepts across the US. We took on the role of senior leadership developing and reporting KPI's and financial packages directly to ownership. Additionally we did due diligence on perspective locations and advised on the health of existing business and potential purchase. During the duration we were able to increase sales over 3.00%, reduce total labor by 5% and increase NOI by 1.5%. Contract spandid over 2 years.

Hired by large national bakery concept to streamline and increase operational productivity. In addition to taking on the role of senior leadership we were responsible for all day-to day operations, which included the opening of new units. Developed SOP's and weekly / monthly financial packets. Also participated in food & beverage R&D. Increased top line revenue by an average of 2.8% per location on year-over-year and increased net income over 3%.

Retained to take on the role of senior leadership for a privately owned regionalized casual dining concept. Led all operations for remodels, F&B development, re-branding, new concept development and vendor relations while developing KPI's and maintaining day-to-day operations resulting in increased sales (2.6% Y.o.Y.) reduction in both food and beverage cost (-5.0% on total COG's) as well as total labor (-3.50%)

Assisted iconic location with both operations and food & beverage. Provided assistance and oversight to the day-to day operations while at the same time modernizing current SOP's and making recommendations on modernizing the brand.

Privately owned multi-unit casual dining concept. Retained to evaluate and make recommendations on the health of business and develop a modernization plan. Additionally assisted in the developing, branding and execution of two new one-off concepts.  

Hired to provide operational support to "eatertainment" concept with weekly auv's over $150,000. Assisted in the day-to-day operations in both the FOH & BOH.
